ABOUT

Meet Our Founder

Hi, I’m Megan Deck, and I’m so glad you’re here. As a proud mom of three little ones, I’ve experienced firsthand the joy and challenges of raising children, especially a child with special needs. My oldest son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of 2.5, and that moment shifted my perspective on everything—from parenting to education to how we navigate systems designed to support our kids. It was then that I realized how much of a gap there was between the resources available and the families who desperately needed them. That’s when my mission to help other families like mine truly began.
